RivalWare Entertainment ("RivalWare") is a brand of Arisen Technology
Corporation ("Arisen"). RivalWare strives to develop innovative and enjoyable
products to serve our users. We recognize that privacy is an important issue,
so we design and operate our services with the protection of your privacy in
mind. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of personal information we gather
when you use RivalWare’s services, as well as some of the steps we take to
safeguard it.
The following principles apply to the personally identifying information we ask
for and that you provide. "Personally identifying information" is information
that individually identifies you, such as your name, physical address or email
address.
RivalWare Web Site
Data collection

RivalWare services accessed using a web browser, such as our web site, collect
limited non-personally identifying information your browser makes available
whenever you visit a website. This log information may include your Internet
Protocol address, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your
access and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser. We use
this information to operate, develop and improve our services.

RivalWare Entertainment Applications
RivalWare Entertainment creates applications with both entertainment value and
your privacy in mind. This policy describes the types of personal information
we may collect and how we use it to provide a better entertainment experience.
When using any RivalWare product, you may choose to agree to the collection and
use of your personal information as described in this policy. If we make any
significant changes to this policy, we will notify you by posting a notice of
such changes in this Privacy section on this rivalware.com web site.
You should know:

We collect limited licensing information on our secure servers.

You may optionally provide your e-mail address if you want to receive
information about product updates or new products. You are not required
to provide your e-mail address.

We will never rent, sell or share information that personally identifies you
for marketing purposes without your express permission.
To comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, only users who are
at least 13 years old can submit any information (such as an e-mail address) to
RivalWare Entertainment.
What types of personal information do we collect and how do we use it?
Account information. When you validate your license with RivalWare, we
will request the following information:

License Number – this number is required

E-mail address – this is optional. If you choose to provide your e-mail
address it will be stored in an encrypted format on a secure server.
High Score information. When you finish playing a RivalWare game, you may
be permitted to submit your score to a global high score board that is
maintained on RivalWare servers. You must be at least 13 years old and
must follow the Scoreboard Guidelines when submitting any score
information. The following information is stored with each score that is
submitted:

License Number – the license number you entered when you validated your
license.

Game Number – a number that indicates which game you played when you got the
score.

Your Score – the score you had when playing the game.

Your Name – any way you want to identify yourself on the scoreboard subject to
the Scoreboard Guidelines posted on the RivalWare web site.

Score Date – the date and time you submitted the score.
If you score well enough to have your score posted, your Score, Name, and Score
Date may be made public to other RivalWare users who choose to view the
scoreboard.
Session Information. To prevent fraud and ensure compliance with the End
User License Agreement for each application, we also may temporarily store a
current session ID and a timestamp based on when that session started.
Personal information collected by RivalWare will be stored and processed in the
United States or any other country in which RivalWare or RivalWare
representatives and affiliates maintain facilities.
Updating Your Information
You can change your personal information at any time using the Registration
section in the RivalWare Entertainment application for which you are licensed.
Other RivalWare Privacy Information
Transfer of Information
We reserve the right to transfer your personal information in the event of a
transfer of ownership of Arisen, such as acquisition by or merger with another
company. In such an event, Arisen will notify you by posting a notice of such
changes on the RivalWare web site.
How does RivalWare safeguard your information?

We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to
or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. These
technologies and procedures include industry standard methods as well as our
own proprietary methods.

We store personal information in an encrypted format that must be decrypted
prior to being viewed or used.

We restrict access to your personally identifying information to employees who
need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our
services.
Information Sharing

We do not disclose your personally identifying information to third parties
unless we have your consent or unless we believe we are required to do so by
law or have a good faith belief that such access, preservation or disclosure is
reasonably necessary to (a) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal
process or governmental request, (b) enforce an End User License Agreement for
a RivalWare Entertainment application, including investigation of potential
violations thereof, (c) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security
or technical issues, (d) respond to user support requests, or (e) protect the
rights, property or safety of RivalWare, its users and the public.

We may provide such information to trusted businesses or persons for the sole
purpose of processing personally identifying information on our behalf. When
this is done, it is subject to agreements that oblige those parties to process
such information only on our instructions and in compliance with this Privacy
Policy and appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

If you have an account, we may share the information submitted under your
account among all of RivalWare’s services in order to provide you with a
seamless experience and to improve the quality of our services. We will not
disclose your account information to other people or non-affiliated companies,
except in the limited circumstances described in this Policy or with your
consent.

We may share aggregated information with others. Examples of this include the
number of users who are licensed to use a particular product or the popularity
of a particular game.
Changes to this Policy
Please note this Privacy Policy will change from time to time. We expect most
such changes to be minor, but there may be changes that are more significant.
Regardless, we will post those changes on this page and, if the changes are
significant, we will also provide a more prominent notice. Each version will be
noted at the top of the page.
